TERMS & CONDITIONS OF "Peter and the Wolf".

1. This competition is a free to enter PIGGYBANK® competition open to all UK residents aged 16 years or under excluding relatives of employees of OINK News Corporation and its associated companies.

2. Entry to the Competition is made by answering the multiple-choice question at www.piggybank.co.uk. or by sending entries to PETER COMP, PIGGYBANK, PO Box 47368, London NW3 6YW.

3. FIVE readers will win 'PETER AND THE WOLF'.

4. No cash alternative.

5. The prizes will be awarded to the randomly selected entries from all of the correct entries received. No cash alternative available. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The closing date for entries is 18/03/08. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event, which may cause the Competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

7. The judge retains the right (at their sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions (including all terms and conditions referred to).

8. Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date.

9. The winners will be deemed to consent to the use of their names and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation.

11. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed by English law in the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

12. Neither the promoter nor any other company or person connected with the promoter shall have any liability or obligation whatsoever to any participant in the Competition.

You agree that you do not object to being contacted under these conditions and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as a breach of any of your rights under UK Data Protection laws.
