How much pocket money did you get when you were younger ?
Britney:
I got around $15 a month. But I’d get more if I helped mom round
the house.

Did you get more or less than your siblings / friends?
Britney:
We all got the same. Some of my friends were lucky and got more.
Q:
Were you better at spending or saving?
Britney:
SPENDING. Oh my god, I always loved shopping. When you are young, you
always want the latest games and styles – so shopping is a big deal.
You meet your girls…. and shop!
Q:
What did you save your money in?
Britney:
I had a box made out of wood in my room. It was old and heavy.
Q:
What did you spend your pocket money on?
Britney:
Clothes, games and things for school.
Q:
Did you ever ask your parents for a raise?
Britney:Yes.
I wanted these new pink hair scrunchies, but they were special so cost
